HOW TO USE
+

4 Quick Steps to Relief

1

Prep the Area

Apply a pea-size drop of oil or lotion. The tool should glide — not drag on the skin.

2

Pick Your Edge

Curved edges to sweep, rounded tip to pinpoint knots, flat side for larger muscles.

3

Go Light — Let the Weight Work

Hold at a 30–45° angle and glide 10–15 strokes along the muscle. Start light; increase gradually.

4

Spot-Release (1–3 min/area)

Pause 5–10 seconds on tender points while breathing slowly. Mild redness can be normal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our products and services

What does a muscle scraper actually do? +

It uses gentle, lubricated strokes (IASTM) to target stubborn knots and “sticky spots”that broad tools often miss. Many users say ithelps them feel looserand move more comfortably after3–5 minutes per area. Results vary.

Will it help with shin splints, tight calves, or IT band tension? +

It may help reduce soreness and improve mobility when used consistently with short routines for shins, calves, and the IT band. Pair with light stretching and sensible training.

How fast will I feel a difference? +

Most beginners notice a change in 3–5 minutes per area and clearer improvements over several sessions. Short, repeatable routines beat marathon sessions.

Is this a replacement for physical therapy? +

Is this a replacement for physical therapy?

Foam roller or massage gun vs scraper—what’s the difference? +

Rollers compress broadly; guns feel good for general flush but often numb the area. A scraper’s precision edge lets you target small, stubborn spots in less time. Many customers use them together.

Does it hurt? +

No. You control the pressure. Start light, let the tool’s weight do the work, and aim for “good relief,” not sharp pain.

Will I bruise or irritate my skin? +

Mild redness is normal and fades quickly. Bruising is rare when you go gently and use a pea-size drop of oil. Avoid working directly over varicose veins or broken skin.

What’s your guarantee? +

Every order is covered by a 60-Day Home Trial. If you don’t feel real relief, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.

How do I start a return or exchange? +

High-quality massage tool

Pros:
- High-quality sleek metal construction
- Smooth and refined surface
- Suitable for smaller hands

Cons:
- Thinner design may require a tighter grip for people with larger hands

The ThinkRelief Massage Tool for Deep Tissue has a high-quality sleek metal construction with a weight to it. The surface is very smooth and refined. I like it. The large triangular hole in the middle helps to reduce the weight of the tool, which is good. However, I would not use the tool with my finger in the hole because it doesn’t feel natural to me. As I am more used to the thicker wooden version of this “bird” tool, this tool feels a little thin for me. I need to hold my fist tighter in order to apply the same massaging force as the thicker wooden tool.

Nevertheless, this is a high-quality product that may fit smaller hands better. I am sure it will come in handy for certain massaging points.

Works great for us.

I was nervous about using this as i didnt want to hurt my wife, she like firm to hard pressure troubled areas but this tool worked out great! My thumbs are saved and i can continue to message and not have to take a break to get feeling back in my thumbs. We did find going over nice cotton clothing a little better than using massage oils, especially if you don't want to use too much oil and get it all over the bed. It glides nicely over clothing or maybe even a sheet between the tool and the body. Overall, very happy with it, it seem awkward to hild but after repositioning a little bit i was able to find a comfortable grip using all of the pointedside. Havent used the scraping function yet.

The best I’ve ever used. WOW!

Wow! This is by far the very best massager scraper I’ve ever used.
The leverage and smooth edges mean you can scrape or massage everywhere. Seriously. This design is genius.

The weight and applied pressure seem to work

Excellent fir use with trapezius muscle knots ( often ending in migraines, pain) I use Vick vapo rub as a
a "skin 'lubricant".
You work the various heavy points over and onto the tight muscle. Keep it up for 10-15 minutes and you'll
Improve greatly. Not a substitute if you do get migraines for a fast acting medicine like max-alt but the
Tool will bring relief that Cremes, ice/ heat doesn't for me.
